Our foundation stems from the legacy of a family of educators and entrepreneurs — with an enduring belief in the transformative power of education. Over time, we have evolved into a multi-asset platform fully dedicated to the sector.
 

In 2017, we co-led the creation of one of Brazil’s largest K-12 education groups. In 2018, we made our first EdTech investment, and in 2020 we launched Brazil’s first active real estate fund focused exclusively on educational infrastructure.

From 2023 to 2025, we expanded our EdTech exposure, initiated credit operations, and advanced new investment theses across the education value chain.

Our strategy is rooted in buy & build: consolidating, strengthening, and scaling high-quality educational businesses. We invest both financial and intellectual capital, always as aligned principals with a long-term, value-driven mindset.

To date, we have executed more than 20 investments and deployed over R$400 million across Private Equity, Real Estate, Venture Capital, and Credit.
